It’s burning! My ears! All this talk to Kevin Kolb being traded to the Cardinals for DRC is absolutely ridiculous. Kevin Kolb is extremely overrated and not worth a trade for DRC. First of all, KK’s career TD-INT ratio is 11-14. That alone should be a huge red flag because the Cardinals need to improve in the QB not be a little better.Oh but he has potential. Sure he does and so does John Skelton.
DRC is a pro bowler and showed it. Sure he had a bad season but hell, every Cardinal had a bad season. I believe DRC will bounce back and prove that he is a player capable of becoming an elite CB. Plus, guess what? There is a guy by the name of Patrick Peterson who is arguably the best player in the 2011 draft. Pair him with a destined-to-bounce-back CB, and you got one scary secondary.
Lets just hope that DRC stays and still get Kolb. Or heck, Kyle Orton knows how to throw couple balls to Fitz. Only time will tell what will happen.
